Refund Policy

1. Deposits
All deposits paid to secure an event date are non-refundable. The deposit represents our commitment to hold your date and begin the planning process, during which resources are allocated on your behalf.
2. Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel your event, the following policy applies:
- 90+ days before event: Deposit is forfeited; no additional fees.
- 60–89 days before event: 25% of the total contract value is due.
- 30–59 days before event: 50% of the total contract value is due.
- Under 30 days before event: 100% of the total contract value is due.
3. Cancellation by Berke Catering
In the unlikely event that Berke Catering must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, illness, emergency), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. We will make every reasonable effort to find a comparable replacement if possible.
4. Date Changes
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate the new date subject to availability. Date changes requested more than 60 days in advance may be made without penalty (one time only). Changes within 60 days are subject to the cancellation schedule above.
5. Service Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your event. We will review your concerns and work in good faith to reach a fair resolution, which may include partial credits toward future services at our discretion.
